Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BubbleMake. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

BubbleMake is a community loyalty and merchant-support platform that connects users with participating merchants and facilitates access to discounts, offers, loyalty benefits, promotional activities, and community-support features. Users give and receive "Bubbles" — in-app virtual loyalty points — through a queue-based support system.

BubbleMake is not a bank, payment institution, electronic-money institution, money-transfer service, deposit-taking institution, investment platform, or financial institution. Nothing in the App or these Terms shall be construed as constituting any such regulated activity.

a) Registration

You may register using an email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

b) Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@blackzcode.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

c) One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one BubbleMake account. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional Bubbles or queue positions is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

a) Earning Bubbles

• Upon successful account creation, you receive a starting bonus of 2,000 Bubbles.
• Bubbles are earned by supporting other users in the queue. The minimum support amount per transaction is 100 Bubbles and the maximum is 400 Bubbles.
• We reserve the right to adjust Bubble balances, queue rules, or rewards at any time to maintain the integrity and fairness of the platform.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the Bubble system — including the use of bots, scripts, or coordinated fake accounts — will result in immediate account suspension.

b) No Monetary or Cash Value

Bubbles are platform loyalty and promotional points only. They are strictly non-monetary in nature. Bubbles:

• Have no cash value and no monetary value.
• Are not legal tender, money, or electronic money.
• Are not stored-value funds, a deposit, or an account balance.
• Are not a cryptocurrency, digital asset, or investment of any kind.
• Do not represent a debt, liability, or financial obligation of BubbleMake.
• Cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for cash or any monetary equivalent.
• Cannot be transferred to a bank account.
• Cannot be used as a substitute for currency in any transaction.
• Cannot be sold, purchased, or traded for monetary consideration, unless BubbleMake expressly authorises this under a specific promotional programme.

Any numerical balance displayed in the App represents platform loyalty units only and must not be interpreted as Pakistani Rupees, foreign currency, stored funds, or money held by BubbleMake on your behalf.

c) Bubbles Are Not a Payment Instrument

Bubbles are not a payment instrument and do not constitute payment to any merchant. When you purchase goods or services from a participating merchant, you are solely responsible for settling payment directly with that merchant using an accepted payment method. BubbleMake does not require merchants to accept Bubbles as payment, and the Bubble balance shown in the App does not represent funds received or held by BubbleMake on your behalf, unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

BubbleMake does not hold customer money by virtue of a user maintaining a Bubble balance. A Bubble balance does not create a debtor-creditor relationship between BubbleMake and the user, and confers no right to demand payment, reimbursement, withdrawal, cash conversion, or monetary settlement from BubbleMake.

• You enter the queue when you first support another user in the App.
• Your position in the queue determines which other users you can see, based on the platform's visibility rules.
• Queue positions and visibility rules may change over time as we improve the platform.
• The support queue is designed for genuine community participation. Manipulating the queue through artificial means is strictly prohibited.

a) Registration

Businesses may apply for a Merchant account through the App. Merchant registrations are reviewed and approved or rejected by Blackzcode administrators at our sole discretion. We are not required to approve any merchant application.

b) Merchant Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business information, including brand name, description, and contact details.
• All brand images and offer content must be original, lawful, and not misleading.
• You are solely responsible for fulfilling any offers or promotions you create in the App.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when operating as a merchant.

c) QR Codes

Approved merchants receive a unique QR code in the format BUBBLEMAKE:BRAND:{id}:{BRAND_NAME}. This QR code may be used to allow users to identify and interact with your brand within the App. You must not misuse, duplicate, or share QR codes in a manner that misleads users.

d) Merchant Suspension

We may suspend or remove a merchant account at any time if we determine that the merchant has violated these Terms, provided inaccurate information, or engaged in conduct harmful to users or the platform.

All purchases, bills, invoices, prices, taxes, charges, tips, refunds, cancellations, and other amounts relating to goods or services are matters exclusively between the user and the relevant merchant. BubbleMake is not a party to any such transaction. The merchant is solely responsible for:

• The goods and services supplied, including quality, accuracy, and availability.
• Pricing, applicable taxes, and the issuance of receipts and invoices.
• Order fulfilment, delivery, cancellations, refunds, and returns.
• Product warranties and after-sales support.
• Merchant-side payment acceptance and any discounts or offers extended to users.
• Any dispute arising from the merchant's goods or services.

BubbleMake does not guarantee that any merchant will provide a particular product, service, discount, offer, refund, or benefit as described or displayed in the App.

Any dispute relating to product or service quality, incorrect or missing items, pricing, billing, tax, receipts, refunds, cancellations, returns, delivery, merchant conduct, or a merchant's refusal to honour a stated offer or discount must be resolved directly between the user and the relevant merchant. BubbleMake is not responsible for mediating such disputes and accepts no liability for any merchant's failure to deliver goods, services, discounts, or offers as represented.

You agree not to:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate any person or entity.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Use the App to spam, phish, or conduct any fraudulent activity.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain (report them to us instead).
• Interfere with other users' use of the App.

By using the App, you consent to receiving push notifications related to your account activity, queue updates, and platform information. You may opt out of notifications through your device's settings at any time. Opting out does not affect your account or access to the App.

The App requests camera access solely for the purpose of scanning merchant QR codes. Granting camera access is optional; however, you will not be able to scan QR codes if camera access is denied. You can manage camera permissions at any time through your device settings.

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (by Google LLC) for push notifications and Google Sign-In for authentication. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, or actions of these third-party services.

All content in the App — including the BubbleMake name, logo, interface design, and platform logic — is owned by or licensed to Blackzcode. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.

By uploading images or content as a merchant, you grant Blackzcode a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the App.

BubbleMake is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from loss of data. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from participation in the support queue, from holding Bubbles, or from any merchant offer or promotion displayed in the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blackzcode and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of Bubbles, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any loss arising from a merchant's failure to fulfil an offer or promotion, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your Bubble balance and queue position will be forfeited. You may also delete your own account at any time by contacting us at support@blackzcode.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
